- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system per se. The kind of work we do requires an assessment of what's going on. We can then steer the customer in the direction which is needed to fix their home in the most economical way for them. We also offer a 5% discount to members of the military and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with a customer and assess their needs. We try to get to know them on a personal level, many people that we have worked for have become friends of ours. If they are a homeowner and are able to qualify for an insurance claim we let them know. We specialize in the claims process and can deal with claims from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business and a minor in accounting. I have nearly fifteen years of on the job training and have completed hundreds of jobs.
