- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting with a new customer, we begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs, expectations, and property details. From there, we'll evaluate your property and advise you on the best market rental rate. After agreement, we secure quality tenants, handle lease agreements, and coordinate all on-boarding activities. Our ongoing services include timely rent collection, maintenance management, regular property inspections, and clear communication—ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team, led by Mike Ficzner, brings extensive experience and expertise in property management and real estate. Mike holds degrees from John Carroll University & American Military University and has over a decade of experience managing residential and commercial properties, as well as guiding real estate investment strategies.
