FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $55 but I do get a lot done in one hour. I have no time minimum. There are no additional charges unless you ask me to remove things from the home for you then it's only $15 unless it's large furniture. Initial consultation is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone call with them. We discuss what they're wanting to be organized. I listen to their needs and desires. I let them know that I am never pushy about getting rid of things. I also let them know that I do my best to utilize what they already have in the home to get things organized. I assure them that if I decide to recommend a purchase that I keep their economics in mind. I also let them know that there is no judgment as to the volume of what needs to be done or the disarray. Their home may be in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took communications in college, and I have a history of being an energy healer, so I look at clearing space as clearing energy and helping people with their overwhelmed. I'm very good at noticing when the client is feeling ill at ease about letting go of something or is questioning whether or not they should keep something. My ability to recognize their emotions around sentimental items has come in handy.
