Introduction

I am local contractor who started at a young age. I am from Mentor Ohio and I take extreme pride in what I do for a living. This is my livelyhood and love what i do. My work speaks for itself and I have plenty of job portfolio pictures for viewing. I am also a certified licensed electrician with licences in sanitary/ sewer and have plumbers on full time staff. My company is founded on being your all around contractor with true skilled tradesman and I employee 365 days a year. There’s no job too big or too small. There is not one job that is ever more important then the next and all of my customers come 1st and get treated that way. Customer service is my absolute number one goal. My belief is if you pay for something it should be exactly how you want it, and not how some contractors would like you to do it to benefit them. It’s your money your house so you deserve to get 1000% of what you want. I was brought up in the trades, my father was a union carpeter who was a supervisor when I was a child. He was in charge of the building of Jacob's field baseball stadium and when I walked through and saw the beauty of what they did I was in aww of their accomplishments, and I said to myself this is the most satisfying job that people will enjoy this forever and there’s something to be said about that. So all I ever dreamed of was to be apart of something half as great.

It was a good experience working with Safe Guard Renovation. They responded quickly to my need for a repair person. They came out and gave me a nice quote and started on the job earlier than expected. It only took one day to build a new awning and put it up. We are happy with the new awning. We did opt to paint the 2 boards ourselves when we re-paint the security door. Thank you Dave!

I had David and his team cutout a portion of our driveway and then expand it. He did a phenomenal job. He was a very good communicator, did absolutely top notch quality work and did it at a more than fair price. My father, who's a professional carpenter and home-builder watched the entire process and was blown away by the quality work and attention to detail. I only know the work looks good, my father verified that it was actually constructed to the very highest standards. I'm so pleased with Safe Guard Renovation that I will absolutely use them for all my future home improvement needs. Trust these guys, you've found an absolutely A+ crew here!

I needed floor preparations which included removing old tile in the entryway, grinding down old waterlines, smoothing out cement that was too high around waterlines. Poor communication which needs to have clear expectations of what the finished product would look like. The first picture is the dust left behind. They didn’t put up any temporary wall barrier. The second is how they left the entryway. He's lying I never changed my tile guy.

NEVER HIRE! Tried to cut corners and lied constantly about what materials he used and jobs he completed. Never put gravel under cement (lied) and tried to save money on cement and make cement thin. Didn't pass inspection of course. Left a mess in the yard and called us at 9pm desperate for payment after he finally completed the job up to code. I rehab homes and work with many contractors, this guy is AWFUL and when his cement work fails in a couple years it will be to late to come back for a refund

I am sorry you feel this way we only did what you asked us to do and yes there was a problem. This problem arose because you did not supply us with the job site blueprint and rushed us to get it done before we were ready said you had a deadline to keep. But once it was inspected in did not pass I spent countless days they're doing everything in my power to make sure everything was a hundred percent correct because my name meant more and my reputation meant more than a profit. When the time came that it passed inspection and the job was done you had told me you would be back in a couple hours to pay me that day when we were complete I had funded the entire project including spending $6,000 to collect a $4,000 check I lost $2,000 so I was counting and replenishing the money I had funded on your job. You had me wait 3 hours didn't take my calls and then finally when answered..yes i did expect you to keep your word the same way i kept mine and got the job 100%..YOU SIR ARE A BULLY RICH INVESTOR WHO BELIVED I WAS BENEATH YOU AND YOU COULD TREAT ME LIKE SCUM.. YOU RIPPED ME OFF DIDNT PROVIDE ME WITH RECIEPTS FOR THE THINGS YOU CLAIMED WERE BACK CHARGES...THAT CONCRETE IS NOT FROM ME ..AND I DIDNT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH TREE ROOTS IN FRONT YARD..THIS IS JUST ANOTHER WAY YOUR TRYING TO BULLY A SMALL BUSINESS CAUSE I RUFUSED TO CONTINUE TO DO MORE WORK FOR YOU AFTER THIS NIGHTMARE.. ALSO THERE IS A LIEN ON THE PROPERTY UNTIL I GET PAID IN FULL..
