David installed an electrical panel for one of my properties. His work was professional, he cleaned up after himself , and the panel looked great! The reason for my 3 stars is because as an out of state investor I requested an invoice be emailed to me. After weeks and weeks of requesting my invoice, he would just reply with thumbs up. A month later and still waiting on that invoice.
