FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in knowing that we are competitive in our pricing. We are always reviewing our competitor's prices and adjusting our rates seasonally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: We discover the "why" and "when" of the project with the customer and schedule an estimate. Certainty Pledge: During the estimation process we present a professional and detail proposal. Confirmation Call: We confirm important aspects of the project like color choices and schedule the job start date and time with our customers. Hand Off: Our Production Manager goes over the details of the job with our Job Site Supervisors. First Ten Minutes: The crew meets the customer and begins set up. The Job Site Supervisor reviews the scope of work with the customer. Daily Updates: The Job Site Supervisor will communicate at the end of each day to update the customer on the progress being made. Pride Walk: The Job Site Supervisor walks the job with the customer to make sure everything was completed to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painters go through a thorough interview process and if selected for a position, they are paired with our production manager to practice continuous improvement on skill building and team work.
