- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing on a time plus materials basis. We bill in quarter-hour increments and schedule work in 2-, 4- and 8- hour project windows (billing only for actual time worked) plus a $65 service charge. Discounts are frequently available for different types of projects on our website under "offers." Our scheduling software will send you a text or email confirming your firm appointment. The evening before your appointment your Craftsman will call to confirm the arrival time and go over the job details. On the day of your appointment, you will get a text message letting you know when he is on his way. Your professional Craftsman will review the estimate, the project details and the estimate with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a locally owned small business and strive to maintain availability for most handyman-type projects within a 2-week time window. Our multi-skilled craftsmen show up on time, in uniform, work efficiently and keep their work area clean. For most projects you’ll pay upon completion, and you’ll receive a paid invoice before we’ve left the driveway. Call us directly and we'll put you on our schedule and help you get your to-do list done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional craftsmen have years of commercial and residential experience in various construction trades. They are background checked and our company carries full liability and workers' comp insurance. We are registered and bonded in the communities that we serve.
