Wayne and Falcon did my basement remodel, he was thorough with documentation and pricing, setting expectations at various stages of the remodel, and kept me informed of progress and challenges along the way. End result of the basement remodel was better than my expectations in terms of quality and finished product. Very pleased and will work with Falcon Specialized and Wayne again!
