My training uses only scientifically backed methods in all aspects. I work on balancing your body out and building muscle support around the joints to improve mobility and reduce joint pain while simultaneously increasing muscle strength and burning fat. I guarantee notable results within your 1st month. To prevent redundancy your sessions I will always introduce some new movement, exercise, or challenge.
The thing I LOVE most about my "job" is seeing individuals who walked in defeated, overwhelmed, etc. transform their bodies over the months and become happier & healthier!
