I provide you with a notebook of all my design ideas and suggestions for your home, paint color/palette options, floor plans for furnishings layout, as well as options for furniture, lighting, flooring, window treatments, art and accessories for each room. I also work with contractors you may need for your project, from painters to remodelers, electricians, handymen, etc. - contractors that, through experience in working with them, offer great work at good prices. I also can pass on to you wholesale prices for your flooring needs. This Plan includes, in detail, everything you need to complete your home design as time and budget allow. I can make dramatic and beautiful improvements to your home for the lowest possible cost. I currently charge $50.00 per hour with a minimum of three hours for design & decor. I do not up-charge any items that I purchase as many designers do, and will provide receipts for each item for full transparency. Any purchases I make for you that you don't want are returned with no additional charge for my time.
