After an unfortunate situation, we were in need of a contractor to help repair damage to a finished basement. Upon reaching out to Blazek-Hutchinson Builders, Andrew promptly reached out to us and even came to evaluate the job the same day. Main points of work completed were repairing drywall damage, painting, adding flooring, repairing the ceiling/ removing the popcorn ceiling and adding in a small kitchen area. Andrew and his team were highly professional with great communication throughout the process. Andrew made great recommendations we hadn't even considered that really made a huge difference in the final product. Pricing was consistent throughout the project and very fair. While an unfortunate situation, Andrew and the team did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the final product. The team was very easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. Overall, would highly recommend working with Blazek-Hutchinson Builders.

Luke and his team are in the process of finishing my 2 bathroom remodels. They do not hurry to get the job done but take the time to make sure it's done right. At the of each day all the trash is cleaned up, floors sweep when needed, and equipment set out of the way. When Luke was giving me the estimate for the work I wanted he gave me some great ideas to consider along with what I already had planned. When I requested a light switch change they were able to come up with a solution and had the change done the next day. I've already recommended them to 2 others and won't hesitate to use them for any further remodeling I need done.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Took a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen supply problems but I was kept informed and once those problems were resolved the job was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for bathroom work. These are pictures of up and downstairs bathrooms

All of my pricing is based upon the plan, specifications and allowances for each project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with homeowners to get a good understanding of what they would like to accomplish and provide ideas from my 30 years of construction to help them create a plan that I will quote to see if it is within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have built over 100 new homes and have remodeled as many. I have drawn floor plans, written specifications, and agreements that are clearly understood and comprehensive for hundreds of customers for kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, room additions, and complete design-build homes.
