- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer various packages to suit your needs. Below is a breakdown of costs for your review and consideration... 1-75 guests: $50/hr 76 - 150 guests: $65/hr 151 - 200 guests: $80/hr (2 bartenders) Above 201 - 250 guests: $110/hr (3 bartenders) Additional Items charged for... Ice: Depends on headcount Plastic Cups: Depends on headcount Coolers: $20 Drink Dispensers: $15 for one or $25 for two Mobile Bar: $50 Consultations: $50 If bringing alcohol: Retail cost of alcohol 20% Service Fee on TOTAL contract For example: Contract: $350 Alcohol cost: $200 Contract: $550 20% Convenience fee ($110) Total Cost: $660 If military affiliated (Active, Reserve, Veteran) 10% Military Discount of total contract! Any event booked over a holiday time period, there will be a 10% additional charge of total contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking through the Thumbtack app is only the beginning. Once we determine I am a good fit for your event, we’d take the conversation offline to decide more specific needs for your event…whether it be specific accessories, me purchasing alcohol, or consulting on special cocktails! Once all details are solidified, I’d draw up a contract ensuring we’re all on the same page. Once agreed upon from both sides and signed by both parties, we’re good to go! The Startender is ready to provide you the top notch service your event deserves!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my eTIPs training which focuses on alcohol consumption, ensuring you are serving to those of legal age, and the safety of all patrons.
