- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly for service calls, but mostly only charge for one hour. If the systems are under warranty there is not a charge for labor or products. There are maintenance contracts as an option, but also there are many scenarios and it is best to call office when searching for service and costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule Meeting with customer and site visit. Listen to their needs and recommend and explain solutions. Gather all information and create profile in office. Schedule work immediately and communicate through the process of service. Follow up after project completion. Proactive in scheduling services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are part of the Ohio Irrigation Association. We also routinely participate in Manufacture's invites to seminar's and several distributor's seminar's through the year.
