- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and will be flexible depending on the client’s needs. Recurring customers do receive discounts on special occasions, holidays, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know every expectation of a client before accepting an opportunity. If you set the playing field with your expectations, you give me the chance to exceed that. That’s what I work for without changing the price. I hope you see I love your space as you do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for many years cleaning residentially and commercially. I love it but only if the client loves it. I work hard to surpass your expectations.
