Chris is a very knowledgeable trainer who pushes you to what you thought was your limit. He employs workouts catered to areas of improvement. Sessions with Chris have made me improve during my normal scheduled exercises as well. You never know what to expect when you train with Chris, but it’s very worth it. 10/10 experience!!

I started taking my children to Chris to assist with their performance with sports, as well as increasing their overall fitness level. Chris is very creative with finding ways to keep the children continuously challenged and engaged, session after session. Both of my kids enjoy going every week.

Personal training with Chris has significantly improved my overall health. He designs individualized workouts to help achieve my goals. Chris is dedicated to his clients. He motivates and challenges me every session. Chris listens to your needs and is supportive. My back pain has greatly improved due to the strengthening exercises he added to the workouts.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I meet with you (the potential client), discuss what goals you want to achieve, any limitations, and how we will work together to get them from where you are currently to where you want to be. If it’s a good fit, I schedule our first session.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’m a certified elite personal trainer with a specializations in Exercise Therapy, Nutrition Coaching, Tactical Conditioning, Strength and Conditioning, and Youth Training through ISSA.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    For in person: I would recommend meeting with potential providers while you’re trying to decide for a tour of the facility, discussion of your goals, and to see if they are a good fit for you. For remote: I would recommend scheduling a call or zoom with your potential provider to discuss what you’re looking for and what they can offer you.
