FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 for the first hour, $60 for every additional hour. There is a 15% charge to overall price that covers overhead and taxes. I’m more than willing to match any quote you’ve received for pricing. The price I pay for material is what you pay, no up charge, can save receipts. I will give you an estimated cost prior to working. Jobs are based on time and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any new job I like to stop by and get a scope of the work. Brainstorm exactly what it is that you need done and I’ll follow up with a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to tradeschool for residential, commercial and industrial electrical. I would not consider myself a handyman but a competent electrician.
