Introduction

My name is Matt Herold, and I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and have been practicing since 2011. I have over 1000 hours of training, and I am Bikram and Vinyasa certified. I have taught all over the world and have trained with great teachers such as Jared McCann, Cynthia Wehr, Esak Garcia, Ben Sears, and Teri Almquist. My studio is a non-traditional Bikram studio offering 90, 75 and 60 minute 26&2 classes, 75 and 60 minute vinyasa classes, and our very own hour long Bikram flow class known as the Union. All classes are held at 85 degrees.

As a first timer with Bikram yoga, I appreciated how accessible, welcoming, and challenging the classes at Neo Yoga are. Matt is an excellent instructor - he provided insightful cues and helpful verbal assists. After attending two classes with Matt, I purchased a 5 class package. The pricing is great and the packages allow for the flexibility I need to get the most out of the purchase.
