Introduction

My name is Dean Marlow. We began doing home inspections after a career in the construction industry. We see homes a little different than most. When we are looking over a house, we see how the house was built; the style, the craftsmanship, and the defects. Its important to know what to look for and what not to look for. We grade each defect, no matter how minor or how hazardous they may be and present them accordingly.
