Jim at Floorscapes got involved with my project through a friend because I had water damage from the hot water tank. He arrived the next day, even though he had a very busy schedule, to assess the damage and started the project the very next day. I was totally impressed with him from the beginning for many reasons: 1) he showed up when he said he would 2) he was courteous and professional 3) he always kept me in the loop with the project even though it took many twists and turns 4) he and his crew did an excellent job replacing my floor 5) he completed the project within the time he said he would. I am more than happy with the results and would recommend Floorscapes to anyone who needs wood flooring. Laurie H.

Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. My floors were installed perfectly. The owner and installers were so friendly. They were on time each day and kept us informed at all times. The installers were even nice enough to play with my little bad dog! Highly recommend this company. Would never use anyone else!

There are no words to describe there work. I am beyond pleased with all aspects of there work and the time they took with me. I was all over the place and frustrated with picking out what type of floor. They made the process so, so very easy. The perfection of there installation went beyond my expectations. They will be doing all my floorscgoing forward.
