I was afraid I would be facing a costly appliance replacement but Daniel assured me he would assess the damage to my existing dryer. He was able to repair it and actually did the job for a very fair price.

Daniil arrived on time and went right to work. He diagnosed my issue and explained what it was and what needed to be done. He was unable to fix it at that time because of a licensing issue. He did however let me know what to expect and pay for any further work. He is also going to try and find me a reputable service agent. I enjoyed working with Daniil and will request his services if I have any further appliance issues.

Daniel responded to my inquiry immediately. He was here within the hour, worked on a complex situation removing a double oven, found the problem and replaced the part, and put everything back together better and cleaner than it was before. He will be our appliance repairman for the future!!

I called Daniel when my fridge suddenly stopped working. He came out the next day & diagnosed the issue quickly & also gave his opinion on what to do. I was quite surprised when he suggested not to get it repaired due to the cost & that a new one would be the best bet. I appreciated his honesty.
