While lots of people refuse to work weekends Daniil came, diagnosed the problem and repaired it in about an hour. He responded to my request in less than half an hour and came out the next day. He even fixed another issue he found. I am very happy with his service and would use him again.

Daniil arrived on time and went right to work. He diagnosed my issue and explained what it was and what needed to be done. He was unable to fix it at that time because of a licensing issue. He did however let me know what to expect and pay for any further work. He is also going to try and find me a reputable service agent. I enjoyed working with Daniil and will request his services if I have any further appliance issues.

Daniel responded to my inquiry immediately. He was here within the hour, worked on a complex situation removing a double oven, found the problem and replaced the part, and put everything back together better and cleaner than it was before. He will be our appliance repairman for the future!!
