- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want our customers to know that our pricing is not the lowest, but it is always honest and transparent. We do not add in hidden fees or charges when the move is completed. We do not low ball estimates to improve our chances of booking a lead. Our prices reflect the quality of service we provide. You can see this quality for yourself in our reviews!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Obtain all details of a perspective client’s upcoming move. 2. Provide them with a quote and answer any questions he or she may have about the move or about our company. 3. Schedule the move, create the invoice and bill of lading. 4. Send the client pre-move tips that help ensure an efficient and stress-free move. 5. Execute the move.
