- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quote depends on head count, menu, in-home service or delivery. I also charge $75 per hour of travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with Thumbtack, I always get the basics of what the client would like. (How many guests, location, type of menu, type of event) I will give a quote based off those suggestions. If the quote is okay with the client, we will proceed on the final menu. I will send an invoice for a deposit of half the quote to secure your date and you will be booked. Final payment is always due 48 hours before service. I’m always reachable by thumbtack, phone, or email.
