At We Tidy Toledo, we provide discounts to all first-time customers and periodically run special promotions. We also offer savings for clients who schedule regular or recurring cleanings. To meet your specific needs, we have both flat rate and hourly pricing options. Our pricing is transparent, with absolutely no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At We Tidy Toledo, we prefer to communicate via phone calls as it's a more efficient way to connect. We start by getting to know our customers and their specific cleaning needs, understanding the reasons for their cleaning request and the type of service they require. Next, we discuss pricing and, once agreed upon, move on to scheduling the clean at a time that's most convenient for you. After the cleaning is completed, we always follow up to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are highly skilled and well-trained. One of our leading cleaners holds over 15 different certifications in the cleaning industry!
