Justin was very professional and I was impressed with the work he did. He was able to troubleshoot my issue in less than 15 minutes. Bad draft motor, go figure… Apparently this is a common issue with Carrier furnaces. He fixed it the same day and my family I were so happy to have heat again. Would highly recommend!!!
