- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a top tier electrical company. If you are looking for the cheapest price you can get, we aren't for you. If you are looking for experienced union electricians, with attentive customer service and a reputation to match look no further. Please be mindful that while free for the customer to use, Thumbtack charges the Pro to connect with you. We value your time as the customer please value ours. We have a base call out rate of $225. While that may seem expensive, keep in mind that: gas is close to $5 a gallon, time sourcing material, time to drive to the job, vehicle wear and tear, liability insurance, commercial auto insurance, umbrella policy, workers comp insurance, payroll fees, local tax, state taxes, federal taxes, shop rent, company phones bill, finally union wages and benefit package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is that you will first talk to one of the owners, Matt or Blake. we will either schedule a time for an on-site bid($100) or we can usually bid with pictures or facetime(free). Once price is agreed on we will schedule the work to be done. we are most of the time booked out two weeks so if you want next day service we can accommodate but at an emergency rate. Once scheduled one of our union trained techs will come out and preform the work.

Personal Education/ Experience: 3 year residential apprenticeship, 3 years as a foreman 5 year commercial apprenticeship 3 years as a service tech State of Ohio electrical contractors license Employee Education: All of our employees have either completed a state accredited union apprenticeship, or are currently enrolled in a union apprenticeship working towards their journeyman accreditation
