- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free virtual estimates on most projects and give a total estimate instead of an hourly rate. My customers like this format because they can budget their projects instead of trying to figure out how many hours it'll take me to complete each task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers typically have a quick phone call or virtual tour. If it's a more complex project, I'll need to do an in-person inspection to give an accurate proposal. After the proposal is accepted, we schedule the project. I will start and finish a project before moving on to the next project. This allows me and the customer to focus on their project and ensures it's done completely and quickly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began renovating my 106 year old house in Lakewood and fell in love with the art and challenges of renovating a house. From there I began helping friends, family and neighbors renovate and remodel their houses before expanding and creating my business in 2022.
