I had the opportunity to work with Alec. I already had an appointment with another electrician, but that did work out. I texted Alec, he called me and indicated his schedule was really busy, but he would try and fit me in. Alec did just that. He came to my home, assessed my issue and fixed it!. We had nice conversation, all while he was working, he invoiced me right there, I paid and we discussed other projects that I need help with. I am 53 years old, and at this age, I want someone who is about business, nice, reasonable, professional and will speak up when things are not right and give me their opinion. Alec checked all of the boxes for me. Please contact Craft Electric for all of your electrical needs.....and he cleaned up behind himself.
