Alec from Craft Electric was a true professional. He installed a new electrical panel in my newly purchased home, and his expertise was evident from the start. Not only did he complete the panel installation efficiently, but he also took the time to identify potential electrical needs and offered valuable suggestions. He never once pressured me to do anything other than what was originally scheduled. He took the time to explain anything I wasn’t aware of and I could tell that he genuinely wanted me to know about things just for my own personal knowledge and safety. I had the opportunity to work with Alec. I already had an appointment with another electrician, but that did work out. I texted Alec, he called me and indicated his schedule was really busy, but he would try and fit me in. Alec did just that. He came to my home, assessed my issue and fixed it!. We had nice conversation, all while he was working, he invoiced me right there, I paid and we discussed other projects that I need help with. I am 53 years old, and at this age, I want someone who is about business, nice, reasonable, professional and will speak up when things are not right and give me their opinion. Alec checked all of the boxes for me. Please contact Craft Electric for all of your electrical needs.....and he cleaned up behind himself.
