Greg Griffen, a service tech at Wilson Plumbing and Heating, came out today and solved a problem we had been having with our thermostat. Greg was very thorough and efficient, well-prepared, and had exactly the new thermostat we needed. In a short time, he replaced the thermostat and our furnace was working well. Greg is one of the best HVAC technicians we have met, and a valuable Wilson employee.
