Joseph's Piano

I am a professional piano teacher with over 20 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano and organ and have taught at distinguished institutions such as the Columbus Conservatory of Piano and Wittenberg University. I now run my own private studio, offering both in-person lessons in Beavercreek and Fairborn, as well as online lessons via ZOOM. I have extensive experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced pianists. My teaching approach is relaxed yet focused, ensuring progress in each lesson while nurturing a love of music. I prepare students for recitals, contests, and college auditions, but also welcome those who wish to learn piano purely for their enjoyment. My lessons cover a wide range of styles, including classical, jazz, pop, and sacred music. I place a strong emphasis on reading music, playing with expression, and building a solid foundation in music theory. I am confident that my teaching style and experience would be a good fit for you or your child. Lessons are $25 for a half-hour session.
