- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have discounts for more than 3 appointments booked in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing, when working with a new customer, is getting to KNOW that player. I need to find out the player they are and the player they want to be. I can't help them if I don't know them. So, I will spend 15 minutes during the 1st lesson getting to know my student. Young or old it makes a big difference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing golf since I was 3 years old. I played in school and competed in the Junior PGA. I played against some of them best including Tiger Woods as a 12 year old. I lost, but it was fun to see talent on that level. He wasn't well known yet, but he would be. I've trained with Fuzzy Zoeller and Tom Kite. I've either played at golf courses and/or worked at golf courses my whole life. Instead of playing professionally, I complete in local and national non-sponsored competition now. I have a son that plays other sports that demand my attention.
