- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer at American Tree, we follow a straightforward process to ensure a smooth experience: Initial Contact: Customers can reach out via phone or Thumbtack to discuss their needs and ask any questions. Estimate: We schedule a convenient time to visit the property, assess the situation, and provide a detailed estimate based on the specific services required. Service Agreement: Once the customer agrees to the estimate, we confirm the service details and schedule a date for the work to be done. Job Completion: Our professional team arrives on time to complete the work efficiently and safely, ensuring minimal disruption to your property. Cleanup and Follow-Up: We thoroughly clean up the site after the job is done and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our work. We strive to make the entire process as seamless and transparent as possible for our customers.

I am an ISA and TRAQ certified arborist with extensive education and training in arboriculture. Along with my skilled team, we bring over 50 years of combined experience to every project.
