- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to deliver premium services at affordable rates which tend to be comparable to our competitors or better. We also run new promotions all the time, to make it an easier process. Most pricing does not include taxes, but our coupons and discounts tend to make the tax portion a little more palatable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once scheduled, you will receive an email with the agreement and receipt. We'll call you when we're on our way and meet you at the scheduled time to discuss the project before we begin. This will give you the chance to ask any questions you may have. We'll start by setting up the equipment and running hoses to the farthest duct, and then work our way back. Once we're done, we'll clean the trunk line, furnace, and dryer vent. If you choose to request a home inspection instead, we will inspect the entire home from top to bottom, checking off each area as we go and creating a detailed report to review along with recommendations. Regardless of which service you choose, we will complete the job quickly, thoroughly, and affordably. You will receive a color report and recommendations for guaranteed peace of mind.
