- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are transparent, no hidden costs. All supplies, mileage and Interior window cleaning is included in my quote. At this time, I do not offer carpet cleaning. Oven cleaning and interior refrigerator cleaning is extra except for move in/move out cleanings. basements and attics are extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend a free consultation. This consists of a walk through that not only gives me an opportunity to get acquainted with your home but also gives you the opportunity to address any concerns or questions you may have. After the consultation, I can either start cleaning immediately or we can schedule the cleaning service for another day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve cleaned homes off and on for the last 20 years but decided to make it official by becoming a licensed business.
