- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by the type of task, whether it is residential or commercial. Each job has a base pay that increases depending on whether it is a regular/deep clean, what we are cleaning, and so on. We manage this cost within a budget that our clients can afford, therefore we aim to provide you with an ideal cleaning at a reasonable rate. We are easy to interact with and can assist you with your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard method is to provide a free in-person quote, which allows us to explain our services, estimate the cost of the task, learn about your needs, and connect to deliver a reasonable service. Once an agreement is reached, we process paperwork to ensure both parties' safety and provide proof of all of our certifications before proceeding with the process itself. It sounds like a complicated process, but we make it simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained and need to have appropriate certificates and paperwork before being hired. We provide ongoing training and a certification process to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible.
