- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first meeting (in person or virtual) is complimentary. After that we take a small retainer fee to get started and discuss pricing. We like to keep it affordable for our clients and to stay in your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first meet we talk about what a client is looking for and get a good idea of it would be a fit to work together. It is a relationship so we want to make sure it’s compatible. Once a client decides to hire us and we decide to take them on, then the fun begins. We dream together and create spaces that are what they client is looking for.
