Special Concrete did an okay job. They didn't show up until about 3:00 the day of the work which in daylight savings time doesn't work well since they couldn't finish that day since it got dark early. Powerwashed my driveway and then left exactly at 5 without telling me and my driveway powerwash wasn't done. I asked them the next week when they were coming back because there was expected bad weather on the way. They didn't answer my question but showed up (luckily I was home) to finish with driveway sealing and it started raining later that day. They did one coat of sealant which I questioned as well. I asked them again if it was acceptable for it to rain so fast after the sealant was applied and they said yes. They did come the next day to look at the driveway (a sunny day) and said it was fine and told me that they did a 2nd coat. They didn't because I came back right as they were leaving and driveway was not wet. I would say they did an okay job but I wouldn't hire them again. Time will tell if this sealant stands up.

Hello Laurie, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your request. We have addressed all your requests and, as agreed, sent you detailed photos of the work via email. The application of the sealer is a simple step, and initially, we informed you that it would be postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions. As soon as the weather improved, we applied the sealer and completed the work. Although a reapplication of the sealer wasn't necessary, we chose to do it to ensure your satisfaction, and once again, we sent the photos, which include the exact time the work was performed, around noon. Before the end of the day, we also notified you about the completion of the project, with the photos attached. We regret that we were not able to fully meet your expectations, but we hope that with this clarification, any misunderstanding can be resolved. Best regards,
