Zeyad actually reached out as a different service provider when the original one I contacted ignored my inquiry (btw, it's ok if you're too busy but just tell me that and don't ignore my request - lousy customer service!). He was able to come out within a few hours of our initial contact and fix the issue with my washer (door not latching/locking properly) in less than 30 minutes. It wasn't super cheap but he did the job quickly and in a professional manner, which is ultimately why we're all here. Would definitely hire again!
