- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many hours of planning, phone calls and emails go into making your event just what you want it to be. The end result looks effortless and that's how it should look but trust me I lose sleep over every detail to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and find out what their vision is for the event. I then find the right vendors to fulfill the vision and within a comfortable budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the event industry for 20+ years. Everything I have done, every job I learned from has led me to this point.
