Introduction

We assist clients in many areas from just organizing or clearing out one room to an entire house. We help people through the moving process by packing up their items, staging the home for sale, arranging the move, unpacking boxes and organizing items in their new space. We work with seniors who are downsizing after many years in the same residence. We have a broad range of services we provide to assist individuals and businesses. We truly enjoy the experience of working with people and being able to help them through the stress of going through things. We have a non-judgmental approach and work one-on-one with our clients to make their lives better.

If you are in the market for "professional organization;" please give Mrs. Shirley and her team a try. Even after a 1 year delay (on my part), she kept in communication with me; and reassured me that she would be ready to work, when I gave her a call. Before she came in to organize; she did an assessment to help me ease my fears and (my) concerns. I was happy that she was "non-judgemental,"- and was actually very understanding of my situation. The bottom line is: She's helpful, professional and very eager to help with your organizing needs. When it was time to work, she arrived at my home promptly, and was ready to dive in to clean up my "chaos." She loves what she does; and her compassion will ease your fears. She and her team are a joy to work with; and I assure you - that you won't be disappointed. I am pleased thus far, with the progress that has been made in my living space. Right from the start I was blown away at the responsiveness and professionalism that I received. Not only was she professional, but the work was amazing and when organizing my daughters’ room my daughter was included in the process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our charge is $25 for a No Obligation 1-Hour Consultation. If we get hired, that amount is deducted from our first session. Our rates vary based on whether it's a project or hourly job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know each client first before starting the process. Everyone has their own style and so we make sure to please them yet make it work well in a practical manner. We enjoy getting to know our clients on a personal level as well as professionally.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing, which has been very beneficial in starting my own business. I have worked with other professional organizers as well as read numerous books on organizing. It honestly just comes natural to me to know how to organize things, it's my God-Given talent.
