- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge for setup or tare-down. We normally arrive at the event about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before the event start time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally would have a phone conversation to schedule a virtual meeting to go over the details of their event, either Zoom or FaceTime.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I use to have a music group with all kinds of equipment; speakers, mics, keyboards. A friend of mine asked me to play some music at a wedding in 1992, and been playing ever since!
