True Restoration impressed me in every aspect possible. He discovered a melted electric box that had been improperly installed behind our dishwasher and made a return trip out to my house to install a proper outlet for the dishwasher. Included in this job was the replacement of the breaker to the dishwasher on our fuse box. My understanding is that not all electricians are comfortable working on “live” fuse boxes. Though I cannot remember his name, he was the most polite, professional, and competent businessman I have come across in many years. He is dedicated to the work he does. I will definitely keep his number on hand for any future electrical needs.

He was very prompt and polite. He found the issue rather quickly and it was something that had to be repaired by AEP. He told my husband exactly what to tell them and we had power within the hour because AEP knew precisely what was wrong. He only charged us half because it was something he couldn't personally repair. 10 out of 10 we would definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work.
