The value of your time and investment is equally important as your intention and determination to practice are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we start our first session, we try to figure out what a practitioner is looking to work on. Based on the goal and specific area of practice, I prepare the session. After having the first assessment, I discuss with the practitioner even precise manner to target the goal of the practice. Accordingly, I make the plan which can help the practitioner best. First of all, I want to know what they are looking for. What is really they have decided to work on? If he/she makes her point clear then I move accordingly to help him/her achieve the goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently having ERYT- 200, RYT- 500 and Reiki Master, I have been following the field of yoga since 2008 which started with the system of the gurukul. I lived at an ashram ( matrix) in the Himalayan country Nepal where I learned about traditional hatha yoga which comprised of asana, pranayama, shat-karma, dhyan as its major components. Besides, I also received the teaching of Reiki during my stay at Ashram. In order to enhance my study and practice of yoga at the professional level, I took 200 Hours Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course from Mysore, India later in 2016. Soon after this training, I also attended 500 Hours Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training in Kathmandu, Nepal. Later in January 2018, I registered in Yoga Alliance USA as RYT 500.
