It was a pleasure working with Cindy and Richard. Within a matter of a few weeks we got our fence put in and our Bella is doing a great job. What I liked about Dog Guard was their personal touch. I feel like if we need anything or help we can count on Cindy and Richard and that is very Important to us.

Richard and Cindy were both wonderful. Cindy came out to give us a quote and Richard did the installation within 2 weeks. It was a great experience and felt like we were working with family.

Be careful hiring this company. They quoted on price on the App and then tried to charge an higher price after the work even though I showed her the quote she gave me in the app.

I m sorry you were unhappy with the price. I worked very hard to get your fence back up for you but there were too many breaks and the wire was cracked and leaking and the coating was coming off. I quoted you a price for my service call which covers 1 break fix not additional labor. A service call encompasses 30 minute location/ labor and one break fix. I was there 2 1/2 hours and fixed 3 breaks. You only paid me for my service call and supplies. I took the loss that you were not willing to pay me the full amount but I did the work and I spent my time trying to keep your pet safe.

Pricing is based on area of install condition of installation area, number of pets and obstacles. We have a basic package for one dog 1/4 acre and one dog 1350.00 Pricing goes up based on number of pets and size of area
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collect all information necessary to perfectly fit you and your pet needs. Then we set up a estimate time to go over your wishes for your pet fence Then we will get you scheduled for your install and get your utilities located. Last step is to get your fence installed and your pet trained so you can and your pet can enjoy your new freedom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years in business experience,dog training and rescue and rehoming pets. my husband has 30 years experience in underground installation and locating breaks and repairs
