She helped set up and tear down our wedding and also acted as the day-of coordinator. The in-person work spanned three days, and she was responsive and helpful leading up to those days as well, even checking in with our other vendors in advance. She was on-time and friendly, brought printouts of all the information I'd sent her and got right to work on the to-do list with virtually no guidance needed. She and her helper (who was just as wonderful) even completed all the nice-to-have-but-optional tasks on my list. The evening of the wedding, she stayed late and cleaned up as much as possible, which made the next day's final clean-up SO much faster and easier! And the thing that really blew my mind was such a pleasant surprise. See, we'd ordered eucalyptus to put on the tables, but it didn't show up when it was supposed to, so I had accepted that we just wouldn't have it. It came late the night before the wedding, and with so much going on and no time left anyway, I completely forgot the box on the floor of the venue after the rehearsal. I texted Alicia asking her if she could just move it out of the way. When we got to the venue later, we discovered that she actually took the time to trim it into smaller pieces and carefully put it out on the tables as I'd originally planned! Such a happy surprise.
