- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per session, not hourly and this will be discusses prior to my visit most likely on here or through a phone call
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to know what I will be doing before meeting up so I know what I'll be working with. I can help you from start to finish whether it is just cleaning or helping you pick out a tank that is right for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently manage a petstore overseeing and doing majority if animal care including fish as well as 10 aquariums of my own.
