- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally have a set rate for jobs, I'm also reasonable and always complete the job for the price that's agreed upon. I don't like surprise pricing and would never do that to others. I do upcharge for certain things that are not included in the price but will always be up front before scheduling so there's meeting of the minds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to have a conversation to know if it's a good match. I think both myself and my customers should feel comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education in business as well as experience in customer service. I believe that with that mix it helps with my business.
