FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat rate, I don't do hourly as it would be unfair to customers. I base my pricing on travel distance, hours to perform the job and the item that needs to be assembled. (i.e: A bed frame ranges between $70 - $120 based on multiple variables such as with or without storage drawers, size of bed and the complexity)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to the customer, reiterate what their request is to ensure the accuracy of they need. Price fairly based on the information provided. Will go over the date/time of the service based on our and the customer's availability and book their appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hours and hours of assembling furniture is all that needs to ensure great and precise assembly.
