As long time other brand fence owners, we are extremely impressed with Pet Stop! The owner, Gene, is clearly a dog lover and incredibly dedicated to making sure everything is right and that our dog is safe. He has followed up since the installation several times via a direct visit and multiple phone support calls, some initiated by him. We couldnt be happier with the service and really like that the collar is synced to a phone app that also doubles as a remote trainer! 5 star+ review!

We put in our electric fence in the summer of 2022 after we brought home our 4 year old lab. We half heartedly tried to get her trained on the fence but she was terrified of it, so we just decided we would walk her 3 times a day everyday and never used the collar. We invested a lot of money in the fence but didnt want our new dog to be scared to go outside. Fast forward to November 2023 when we welcomed an 8 week old lab puppy. We were struggling to walk the older one and take the puppy out every hour. We called Gene and said we needed his help. He responded immediately. We put the flags back up to mark the boundary and had two remedial training sessions with him. He is like a miracle worker. We were able to get the older dog comfortable wandering in the yard within the fence whereas initially she would bolt to the front door with her tail between her legs. Now both dogs respect the boundaries and love to play and frolic in the yard together. Gene is truly a life saver and a miracle worker. Our older dog was so stubborn and terrified and now shes happy and loves to go out and romp outside. Shes getting even more exercise now. We still enjoy walks but on those bitter cold nights recently we felt so at peace that we could open the door and let them out with their collars and know they would stay in the yard. Gene has been a wonderful and patient teacher and committed to our success. Its one thing to install an electric fence but its entirely a different experience to have the support and partnership of the owner helping you every step of the way. We are so grateful!

This whole experience with Gene and Petstop invisible fence could not have gone smoother. My wife and I contacted three different companies before we decided to go with Petstop. The other companies were more expensive and offered less. We ended up going with the link collar package. It gives you a very nice training tool, including a led light on the collar. Also Gene is able to adjust your system from home. We committed on a Friday and the system was installed the following Thursday. Gene came out Saturday for about an hour to help train Toby. They do a gentle static to start and turn it up when Toby is use to the boundarys. It took us about a week and a half to put the leash away. Now Toby has the run of the yard. We called Gene a few times during this process after hours Saturday, Sunday. He returned calls within 10 minutes. Great company, even better representative. If youre thinking about getting the invisible fence call Gene!! Highly recommended!

The PetStop system is top notch. We have an outdoor system for our dog and an indoor system for our cat. Both work great! Gene is also super responsive and has done a great job training our pets so theyre comfortable in their surroundings and know how the system works.
