- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every clients event has many variables. Please view our website for base pricing. We do offer specials, discounts, and other promotions regularly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know a little about each event: Location, Theme, Occasion, and what you are looking for. Services can vary from full event decorating to a photo backdrop, centerpieces, or decor. Once we have the details, we can send you a quote to order or pick up in store if available for your items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim our " Balloon Dude" Has been installing decor and in event facility management for 20+ years, he has worked for many large corporations in NE Ohio. His expertise is amazing on our large installs and in properly securing while building our balloon art. Robyn, our Creative Director comes from a lifetime of crafting, event planning for 20+ years, and education in undergraduate multimedia sculpture. Robyn also uses her professional experience and advanced education to maximize digital integrations.
